Founding Partner

Our founding partner Thor-Amadeus Morillas has vast experience in M&A and cross boarder transactions, with 75+ completed M&A transactions/investments and 12+ years working with international businesses.

Thor started his legal career working in the M&A and Corporate Group at the law firm Ashurst in Stockholm. He then worked as a junior judge in the district court of Solna in Stockholm, before joining Scandinavia’s largest Hedge Fund Group; Brummer & Partners. Ahead of founding Amadeus Consulting, Thor spent 2.5+ years working in Malta at an online lead generation company, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm OMX. Responsible for the US, Europe, and APAC region of the business, Thor’s role was heavily M&A focused, completing 35+ M&A acquisitions.

Thor has held a CEO position for a legal tech company he successfully exited and is currently invested into selected passion projects and smaller businesses.

With a multicultural background, Thor is fluent in English, Spanish, and Swedish. When not working with his clients or business partners, Thor occupies different leadership roles, such as a facilitator in a personal growth programme with focus on steward leadership, and yoga & training instructor.
