We provide ongoing legal support to businesses across their corporate and commercial needs. This includes company formations and structuring across multiple jurisdictions, shareholders' agreements and shareholder disputes, commercial contracts including service agreements, NDAs, licensing and distribution arrangements, share option and incentive schemes, intellectual property matters, and board and governance advisory.

We act as a trusted external general counsel for clients who need senior-level legal support without the overhead of a full in-house team. Many of our client relationships span several years, covering day-to-day legal matters alongside periodic transactions.

Our jurisdictional focus is Sweden, Malta, Spain and the UK, supported by an established network of local specialists.

Interim Executive and M&A Integration

Most M&A advisers leave at closing. We stay.

We take on interim executive and integration assignments, typically 6 to 12 months, designed to support businesses through critical transitions. These assignments are structured around the transaction cycle:

Pre-exit: preparing the business, the team, and the financials to be deal-ready. This includes operational improvements, governance tightening, and strategic positioning to maximise value.

During the transaction: stepping in as interim CEO or General Counsel to lead or support the process, manage stakeholders, and keep the business performing while the deal runs.

Post-deal: running the integration, aligning teams, protecting key relationships, and ensuring that the value agreed on paper is realised in practice.
